Sheraton Grand Hotel & Spa Edinburgh

I recently stayed at a beautiful hotel in a great location. The hotel was very clean and had fine views of the city. It was conveniently located near all the tourist spots and public transportation. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The hotel's prime location near popular attractions and the fine views from the upper floor were definitely highlights of our stay. We also appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet and the excellent service from the staff. They were accommodating and were very good too make our stay nice.

There were a few downsides to our experience. The lack of availability for spa treatments was disappointing, as it was a significant factor in choosing this hotel.

The central location of the hotel made it easy to explore the city and see all the sights. We also enjoyed the upgrade to a room with a castle view with a fine backdrop for our stay. The service at breakfast was excellent, and the staff at the square one bar were attentive. the tourist information provided by the hotel was comprehensive, making it easy for us to plan our activities.

we were disappointed with the limited offerings in the club lounge, especially considering the high price we paid for our room.

Friendly and helpful staff, easily accommodated our request for a different room, amazing cocktails made by Radek, beautiful thermal suite with rooftop jacuzzi, excellent service from arrival to departure.

We had an excellent stay at Sheraton. Our castle view room was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. The breakfast, with plenty of choices, was delivered to our room and the staff at reception and cleaning were pleasant and helpful. The hotel's location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the city center. I would highly recommend this hotel for a nice stay in Edinburgh.

The hotel is located on a square below the castle, making it close to all local attractions. The hotel facilities, including the pool and club lounge, are wonderful. The staff is friendly and professional. Breakfast options are plentiful and delicious.

the staff provided exceptional service and made us feel very welcomed. the spa and wellness center offered exclusive amenities, including a heated indoor swimming pool, sauna, Jacuzzi, and steam room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We indulged in a full body massage, which provided us with the ultimate relaxation. the infinity pool with its sun loungers was perfect for catching some rays.

The only minor issue we had was with the breakfast. the buffet breakfast was limited in choice, but that didn't detract from the deliciousness of the food.

Great location near old town, tram, shopping. Comfortable rooms, excellent pool and spa. Helpful staff, good food and room service.

Excellent spa facilities, providing a tranquil escape from the city. Friendly and helpful staff. Impeccably clean rooms with comfortable beds. Limited TV channel options but the staff are attentive and accommodating. Perfect location with easy access by car.

We were upgraded to the Club lounge and enjoyed canapes & complimentary drinks. The service was outstanding. The hotel staff were fabulous, couldn't do enough for us. The room was clean and had a stunning view. The spa was great, and the rooftop jacuzzi was worth the extra money. The location was convenient, with plenty of bars and restaurants nearby.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel's luxurious club level room, which had an incredible view and exclusive amenities. the indoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and spa centre were top-notch, providing a relaxing escape. the restaurant served excellent food, with a special diet menu available, and the bar area was the perfect place to unwind with a drink. the location couldn't have been better, situated near top Edinburgh attractions.
